"100% of profits go to
disability-focused charities."

We've been set two goals:

1) Level the playing field in disability recruitment.

2) Provide sustainable funding for disability charities.

We think we may have found a solution.

We’ve secured the funding, but before we commit to what we think would work, we’d like to hear from those working in charities.

Does it make sense to you?

Should we move forward – or pause and explore other options?

What We’re Planning (And Why)

What do employers most need to employ more disabled people?

We know because we asked them.

Over 500 employers have responded to our open survey so far. Despite the project still being in its early stages, a clear pattern is emerging.

The results show that employers are not blocked by complex policies or a lack of goodwill. They are blocked because they have no reliable way to access a talent pool of disabled candidates.

Converting employer demand into jobs and revenue for your charity

If we pool potential candidates across multiple charities, we can maker it easier for potential employers and increase their chances of your members finding employment.

The resources are in place

We already have the financing and the recruitment expertise.

100% of Profits Go to Charities—Our Directors Take No Salary or Dividends.

We Take No Cut Of The Profits

Our Business Model is Built on Giving

Most disability recruitment agencies are 'commercial'

We are a registered Not For Profit

Our directors are unpaid and all profits go to disabled charities.
  • No conflict with your existing services.
  • You still receive funding for everyone we place.
  • We just increase your chances of success.
We don't need anything from you
In the future, all we’ll need is good relations, otherwise we’ll be in the same position as employers who can’t find the potential employees But right now we just need an opinion (we won’t hold you to it!)
  • If enough see potential in this project, we’ll continue.
  • If not, we’ll stop here and look for other projects to fund.
Whichever way, we hope to find a way to support charities and build positive disabled careers.
